Trey Able

President & CEO, Owner

Prior to founding Able Industrial, Trey was President of Infinity Investments from 2004-2009. He was also an Assistant Vice President with Sterling Bank (2000-2004). Trey served on the Board of Directors of Bank of Houston (2005-2014) and is currently serving on the Texon Advisory Board (2007-present). He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He also serves on various non-profit Boards and Committees.

Terence Day

Chief Operating Office, Partner

Investment Manager with Infinity Investments 2006-2009. Prior to Infinity Investments, fifteen years in the construction industry as General Manager, Head of Sales, Estimator and Project Manager. Attended Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M University, majoring in Economics. Serves on Boards and Committees of non-profit and trade organizations.

Laurie Alleman

General Manager, Partner

Senior Project Manager at Turnaround Welding Services 1989-2006. Has over twenty years of experience in specialty welding with exposure to most types of welding applications. He has managed turnarounds in Exxon, Chevron, Motiva, BP, Huntsman, Dow, DuPont as well as various other refineries around the globe.

Lionel Chatelier

VP of Operations

Lionel most recently worked as a Fabrication Shop Manager at JVIC 2003-2014. He has over 20 years experience in construction in the Petrochemical Industry including estimating, planning, procurement, and fabrication.

Rene Terral

VP of Estimating

Before joining Able Industrial, Rene worked as Senior Estimator and Planner with Turnaround Welding Services from 2005-2013. He has over 25 years of experience on piping and mechanical projects in the petroleum refining, chemical & petrochemical industries. Rene also has 15 years experience in Project Controls including project cost estimating, planning, scheduling, and job execution.

Elizabeth Brehm

Chief Accountant / Controller

Served as Controller for a startup Renewable Energy company from 2006 – 2011. Prior to the controller position, spent 12 years with Pappas Restaurant where she worked many positions from waiter and office manager, while in college, to corporate trainer and accountant after graduation. Graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Elizabeth is a Certified Management Accountant and has served on the Houston Chapter Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Accountants from 2009 – 2011.
