Prior to founding Able Industrial, Trey was President of Infinity Investments from 2004-2009. He was also an Assistant Vice President with Sterling Bank (2000-2004). Trey served on the Board of Directors of Bank of Houston (2005-2014) and is currently serving on the Texon Advisory Board (2007-present). He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He also serves on various non-profit Boards and Committees.
Investment Manager with Infinity Investments 2006-2009. Prior to Infinity Investments, fifteen years in the construction industry as General Manager, Head of Sales, Estimator and Project Manager. Attended Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M University, majoring in Economics. Serves on Boards and Committees of non-profit and trade organizations.
Senior Project Manager at Turnaround Welding Services 1989-2006. Has over twenty years of experience in specialty welding with exposure to most types of welding applications. He has managed turnarounds in Exxon, Chevron, Motiva, BP, Huntsman, Dow, DuPont as well as various other refineries around the globe.
Over 42 years in heavy construction and maintenance and Petro-Chemical Industry. Experienced in planning and executing many projects including Grass Roots Construction, Debottleneck Projects, Turnaround Events, Maintenance Baseloads, Facility Rebuilds and Fire Damage Restorations. Most recently worked for Repcon, Inc for over 25 years leaving a position as Project General Manager, being responsible for overall supervision and management of Turnarounds. Project experience includes Alkylation, BTX, Crude, FCCU, Platformer, Vacuum, DHT, Splitter, Sulfur, Amine, Olefins, Coker, as well as plant wide Turnarounds. Satisfied customers include, Valero, Shell, BP, Marathon, Phillips 66, Ascend, Holley Frontier, Citgo, INEOS, Lyondell, Placid, Ascend, and others.
Served as Controller for a startup Renewable Energy company from 2006 – 2011. Prior to the controller position, spent 12 years with Pappas Restaurant where she worked many positions from waiter and office manager, while in college, to corporate trainer and accountant after graduation. Graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Elizabeth is a Certified Management Accountant and has served on the Houston Chapter Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Accountants from 2009 – 2011.
Has over forty years in the Petrochemical industry, with over twenty years of H.S.E. experience. He has managed the safety side of turnarounds in Marathon, Exxon, Valero, Phillips 66, Koch, DuPont and many others. Larry has been the Able Industrial Director of Safety since 2011. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, has a degree in Process Operations Technology, and has his C.S.S.T. He is 500 and 510 OSHA certified.
Highly dedicated and professional with over ten years of experience in Quality Control, specializing in NDE, Inspection and NBIC Code Work. Formerly the Quality Control Manager for Tiger Tower Services 2014-2017, and employed by the AltairStrickland group since 2010. John graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s of Science, and has continued his education as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector, and ASNT Level II in MT, PT, VT and UTSW.
Lionel most recently worked as a Fabrication Shop Manager at JVIC 2003-2014. He has over 20 years experience in construction in the Petrochemical Industry including estimating, planning, procurement, and fabrication.
